Neal Eichhorn

Founder & CEO

Meet Neal Eichhorn (and wife Brienne Eichhorn pictured with him) from Window Effects!

Neal has been growing this business for 12 years while completing his teaching career at Fuquay-Varina High School. He has retired from teaching after 15 years of service to his community. He now looks forward to serving the area with his window tinting skills and knowledge of the industry.

Neal’s goal is to do his very best work on every vehicle to give each customer a flawless window film installation with a touch of artistic craft in his work. He was trained by his brother Ryan, who was the Number 1 installer in the world for Johnson Window Film LLC.

Neal is focused on growth and contribution to his family, community, and his team of great employees.

Mike

Meet Mike.

Mike is a tremendous automotive window film installer and has been working at WindowEffects for just under a year. Mike has a great work ethic and an eye for detail in his work. He places a lot of pride in his effort to make your vehicle come out to the highest standards.

Mike is a graduate from Fuquay Varina High School and he took some classes at Cambell University.

Mike loves the beach, tattoos, and cars. He has a passion for tinting cars and talking about all types of cars and motors.

Andrew

Meet Andrew.

Andrew has a great attitude to learn and grow in the window film and detailing industry. He is passionate about vehicles and loves to keep his work and his vehicles super clean. Andrew is new to the team and is excited about the opportunity to support the WindowEffects community.

Andrew is a senior at Fuquay Varina High School and he is looking to grow in the car industry.

Andrew loves basketball, laughing, and going to pickle festivals with his girlfriend.
